Betty has been in the travel business as an agent for over 13 years and holds a BS in Business Administration and is a CTA (certified travel agent from IATAN) plus has a travel certificate from Eastern Connecticut State University.
The agency is bonded and accredited by IATA. It has been in existence since 2001 and is a home based travel agency specializing in cruises, tours, barge and river cruises, Australia, South Africa, and Magical Kenya and travel to and from Hawaii.
Betty holds over 15 certificates from various destinations around the world and is personally affiliated with OSSN, Travel Dynamics Groups, Kona Krew BNI and a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Kona. She is a 5 Star Agent of Holland America Cruise Line, a Commodore Agent with Princess Cruise Line and a Commodore Agent with Cunard Cruise Line and is a Premier Aussie Specialist awarded by the Australia Tourism Board and is the only Premier Agent in the state of Hawaii. She has also completed the LBD program offered by Virtuoso.
Betty specalizes in giving people the vacation of their dreams whether they are budget, moderate or luxury travelers. She is familiar with all 3 markets of suppliers and their products.
